Virginia "Jenny" L. Suchy

Virginia “Jenny” L. Suchy, age 59, of Isanti, died on Monday, February 3, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 22, 2025, at Lind Family Funeral Home in Alexandria with Pastor Alisha Casper presiding. Private family interment will take place at St. Nicholas Catholic Cemetery, Belle River at a later date.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m., Friday, February 21st, at Lind Family Funeral Home and will continue one hour prior to the service.

Jenny Louise was born on October 19, 1965, to Kenneth and Audrey (Anderson) Ross in Cohasset. She graduated from Coleraine High School in 1984. Following graduation, Jenny moved to the Twin Cities, where she began working for Dominos in Anoka as a delivery driver. She later transitioned to manufacturing, working on computer boards at Zeos Manufacturing and soldering at Park Manufacturing. Jenny was later drawn back to delivery, working with newspapers and pizza before ultimately finding her calling as a postal mail carrier in the Isanti area, a role she held most recently until her health declined.

Jenny was united in marriage to Scott Suchy on July 25, 1995, at their home in Isanti. Their greatest joy came from their three children—Stevie, Dakota, and Sienna. Together they shared a passion for exploration, often taking motorcycle trips together, with Sturgis being a favorite destination. Outside of work, Jenny found happiness in tending to her flower garden and capturing life’s moments through photography. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family,

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Dakota; sister, Barb; and father-in-law, Leonard Suchy.

Jenny is survived by her husband of nearly 30 years, Scott; two children, Stevie (Zachary Bredeson) and Sienna Suchy both of Isanti; grandson, Ryott Bredeson; siblings, Doug Ross, Dale Ross, Alan (Penny) Ross, Gordy (Melissa) Ross, and Kay (Ron) Smith; mother- in-law, Sue Suchy; along with many nieces, nephews, in-laws and other relatives.

Urnbearers are Ryan Aschenbach, David Kolesar, Daniel Hanson, and Zachary Bredeson.
