Patrick “Pat” A. Lage, age 64, of Eagle Bend, died on Sunday, November 14, 2021, at Alomere Health in Alexandria.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Parkers Prairie Cemetery with Rev. Scott Hoecker officiating. Full military honors accorded by the Minnesota Honor Guard and the Parkers Prairie American Legion Post #219.

Patrick Allen was born on December 7, 1956, to LuVoy “Scott” and Donna (Holten) Lage in Parkers Prairie. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. Pat attended military schools until the family returned to Parkers Prairie. He continued his education and graduated from Parkers Prairie High School in 1976. Following his education, he enlisted in the United States Navy. Pat served at many stations both in the United States and overseas for 13 years. Following his honorable discharge, he moved to Gulfport, Mississippi where he worked various jobs that also brought him to Madison, Wisconsin and Hattiesburg, Mississippi. While living in Hattiesburg, Pat suffered a heart attack. This led to him having quadruple bypass surgery and a move home to be closer to family. Pat worked until he was medically unable to at the GrandStay Hotel in Parkers Prairie. In his free time, he enjoyed watching TV and surfing the internet.

He was preceded in death by his parents, LuVoy “Scott” and Donna Lage; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Pat is survived by his three brothers, Mark (Connie) Satre of Cambridge, Dennis Hohn of Minneapolis, and Mike Lage of Eagle Bend; three nieces, Mara Bourke, Danielle (Gus) Baer and Lauren Hohn; nephew, Timothy Hohn; and four great-nephews, Reece Bourke, Oden Baer, Aksel Baer, and Liam Hohn.
