Michael O. Hehir, age 67, of Alexandria, died, Monday, November 23, 2015, at his home.
Private family services will be held.
Michael Owen Hehir was born January 11, 1948, to Pat and Marian (Flick) Hehir in Minneapolis. He graduated from St. Louis Park High School. He owned and operated Hehir's Carpet Cleaning in Maple Grove for 20 years and retired in 2009. Following his move to Alexandria, Mike was a volunteer with the Douglas County Humane Society. He enjoyed dogs and fishing.
Mike is survived by his son, Curtis (Sandy) Hehir of Alexandira.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Denny, Terry and Brian.
