Linda Carol was born on May 10, 1944, to Paul and Dorothy (Reasor) Schultz in Mankato. She attended school in Mankato and, for a short time, in Corpus Christi, Texas, before returning home. Linda then began working at Mankato Paper Box. She met her future husband, Delbert Moske and before they were married, she was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith. They were united in marriage on February 10, 1968, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Parkers Prairie. Linda and Delbert lived in Mankato for a short time before settling in Parkers Prairie, where they raised their three children. Once her children were older, Linda returned to work, holding positions at St. William’s Annex, The Old Mill in Urbank, and Smitty’s Bakery in Parkers Prairie, among other jobs throughout the years. She was a devoted member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Linda’s love language was caring for others—through her cooking, baking, and the many ways she helped her friends. She also enjoyed crossword puzzles and traveling, especially road trips and cruises. Above all, Linda cherished time spent with her family and friends and took great joy in watching and supporting her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brother and sister-in-law, Lonnie (Molly) Schultz; sister and brother-in-law, Paula (Gary) Uhde; and niece, Jan Schultz.
Linda is survived by her husband of 57 years, Delbert; two sons, Dan (Tammy) Moske and Dave (Stacy) Moske both of Parkers Prairie; daughter, Dawn (Glen) Olson of Parkers Prairie; eight grandchildren, Daniel (Cassandra Quinn) Moske, Heather (Connor) Sather, Hillary (Shehrauz) Audeer, Hali (Noah) Koep, Dakota Moske, AJ Olson, Isaac Olson, and Jayden Olson; two great-grandchildren, Sawyer and Tucker Sather with one on the way; three sisters, Steph (Bob) Linow, Rox Tarrant, and Lisa (Gary) Rosengren; special friend, Cheryl Scott; along with many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers are her grandchildren.
