Marlin R. Zuehlke, age 58, of St. Cloud, died suddenly Thursday, March 17, 2016, at his home.

Memorial Services are 1 p.m., Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Lind Family Funeral Home in Miltona with Pastor Cindy Schmidt officiating. Full military honors accorded by the Minnesota Honor Guard, Alexandria American Legion Post #87, Alexandria VFW Post #936, and VVA Rifle Squad Chapter #235.

Visitation is one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

Marlin Raymond Zuehlke was born on August 23, 1957, to Leonard and Fern (Greiner) Zuehlke in Parkers Prairie. He attended Parkers Prairie Public Schools until he enlisted in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge he was united in marriage to Anita Gruwell and to this union two children, Rondi and Rory, were born. Marlin worked as an auto mechanic for most of his life. He met Cindy Steinka in 1977, and they were married in 1981 and to this union their daughter, Alicia, was born in 1985. During their marriage they also farmed. Marlin met Kathy Miller, whom he spent his remaining years with in St. Cloud. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, farming, and working on cars. Marlin loved spending time with his family and especially his grandson, Brody.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Duane.

Marlin is survived by his two daughters, Alicia (Scott Seibel) Zuehlke of Eagle Bend and Norah (Brent) Looker of Parkers Prairie; significant other, Kathy Miller of St. Cloud; brother, Donald Zuehlke of Parkers Prairie; sister, Bev (Gary) Mrnak of Miltona; six grandchildren, Brody Seibel, Cory Looker, Bryce Looker, Carson Looker, Riley Looker, and Ryan Looker; and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Honorary urnbearers are Donald Zuehlke, Todd Mrnak, Gary Mrnak, Tim Zuehlke, Dean Zuehlke, Brent Looker, Cory Looker, and Bryce Looker.
