Margaret M. Moske, age 90, of Alexandria, formerly of Parkers Prairie, died Thursday, December 22, 2016, at Douglas County Hospital in Alexandria.

Funeral services are 11 a.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Parkers Prairie with Pastor Michael Neumann officiating. Music is provided by organist, Sharon Heike and vocalists, Greg and Connie Wales. Burial is at the Parkers Prairie Cemetery.

Visitation is 5-7 p.m., Wednesday at Lind Family Funeral Home in Parkers Prairie and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church.

Margaret Mary Moske was born on March 19, 1926, to Henry and Emma (Jahnke) Schultz on the family farm near Parkers Prairie. She was baptized at Immanuel Lutheran Church and confirmed at First Evangelical Lutheran Church, both in Parkers Prairie. Margaret attended Country School in rural Parkers Prairie through the eighth grade. She was united in marriage to Harvey Moske on March 22, 1945, at Zion Lutheran Church in Effington Township. Following their marriage, they lived on a farm three miles west of Parkers Prairie until 1978. They moved to a farm down the road which they resided at until 2009, when they moved to Peaceful Bliss in Alexandria. When Harvey died in 2010, Margaret moved to Knute Nelson where she lived until her death. Margaret was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Alexandria. She enjoyed cooking, flowers, gardening, and feeding the birds.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; sister, Lucille Dickhoff; and infant sister, Marion.

Margaret is survived by her three sons, Delbert (Linda) Moske, Rodney (Linda) Moske, and Verlin Moske all of Parkers Prairie; daughter, Diane Kellstrom of Fargo, North Dakota; three sisters, Orlene Koebernick of Parkers Prairie, Violet Nelson of Washington, and Betty (Jim) Link of Washington; four brothers, Herman (Phyllis) Schultz of Washington, Marvin (Janet) Schultz of Washington, Duane (Jeanette) Schultz of Menahga, and Floyd (Joann) Schultz of White Bear Lake;   10 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Pallbearers are her grandchildren.
