Jerry Lee Anderson was born August 13, 1965, in Minneapolis, the second son to Paul and Mary (Wollin) Anderson.  In 1969, his family moved to a hobby farm near Alexandria.  Jerry graduated from Jefferson High School and the Alexandria Technical College.  He worked at number of businesses in the Alexandria area before moving to Minneapolis where he worked at Radco Accessories.  In 1988, he and Tracy were married in Alexandria and made their home in Holmes City.  He founded a new business in Alexandria called Annova Enterprises which he ran for 22 years.  After selling his business he worked in sales and marketing.  He also farmed on the side.  During these years, Jerry was an avid musician and started a family music entertaining group, the “Andersons” that included his daughter, Mariah, son, Chase and his mother, Mary.  They traveled throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Dakotas.  They put on many shows for various events, including the State Capital, and a crowd of over 4500, at the Rochester Convention Center.  They also performed on television numerous times, including RFD-TV. Jerry was a very detailed person, adding his special touch to everything he did. He will be remembered by making those he met feel very special.  Jerry was a member of the Alexandria Covenant Church and its worship team.  He also created the Chuckwagon Ride and Dinner Show at Andes Tower Hills.  He was the president of Taco John’s Taco Burger Fan Club. His hobbies also included playing bass guitar, dirt bike riding, golfing, go cart racing, waterskiing, cooking and entertaining. Jerry comes from a family that has a great Godly heritage.  He accepted Jesus as his Savior at an early age and had a strong personal daily relationship with Him.  His family is comforted in knowing that Jerry will spend eternity in heaven.
