Beaver attended St. Mary’s Catholic School, Washington School and graduated from Jefferson High School in 1990. While growing up, Beaver helped on the family farm. He continued to farm while attending Alexandria Technical College, however, after a year of schooling, Beaver decided to return full time to farming. Beaver was a dedicated member of the Forada Fire Department and First Responders for 28 years, and was currently serving as the Assistant Chief. He enjoyed golfing and achieved a rare albatross (hole-in-one on a par-4) last year at Hardwood Hills Course. Beaver also enjoyed snowmobiling and hunting. Beaver’s true loves were his children and farming. He was especially excited to combine the two when his son joined him on the farm in 2013.
